Purchase Agreement

The parties to this agreement are the website and its owners and/or operators hereafter referred to as "the Website" and you, the prospective purchaser, hereafter “Buyer”.

General Terms & Conditions for ecourses, digital products, in-person one-to-one and group coaching

1. All ecourses and services are provided by Tranzformations, which also trades under the name of True Courage Coaching.
   
   
2. I understand that the price quoted is for the delivery of the ecourses chosen. It is up to me to complete written exercises.
   
   
3. I understand that ecourses are payable in full before commencement of the course. If, for any reason, the payment process is not completed, then Tranzformations reserve the right to suspend ecourses until all fees are paid in full.
   
   
4. No contract exists between myself and Tranzformations for the sale of any services or goods until the Tranzformations has received and accepted my order and has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once Tranzformations does so, there is a binding legal contract between us. By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of my order will be sent to me via e-mail when I place my order, but acceptance of my offer to buy will not take place until after my payment is taken and I receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
5. I understand that Tranzformations supply the Services with reasonable care and skill and acknowledge that Tranzformations may rely on information provided by myself and I am solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. I am responsible for the interpretation and use of the services and information contained within the ecourses. Tranzformations gives no guarantee as to the effectiveness or the results of the Services. The Services are provided solely for my benefit and use.
   
   
6. I understand that Tranzformations will reply to any communication as soon as possible, and aim to answer most queries within 36 hours.
   
   
7. It is my responsibility to ensure that I provide a valid email address and that any spam and email filters allow my ecourse or ecourses to be delivered.
   

Please note that digital delivery is normally initiated immediately after purchase and you should receive your digital product in your inbox within 24 hours. If, for any reason you do not receive your ecourse within this timeframe please contact Tranzformations and the ecourse material for the day in question will be forwarded to you manually.


8. Tranzformations reserve the right to change any of the elements of the ecourses at any time as long as they undertake to replace that element with something of equal or even better value.
   
   
9. By undertaking any ecourses or services provided by Tranzformations, I hereby agree and understand that Tranzformations accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the any action taken by myself and my organisation as a result of the information within the ecourses.
   
   
10. Tranzformations is not acting on my behalf and is not responsible for my success.
    
    
11. Neither Tranzformations nor any of its employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out or in connection with the use of this Website or services. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
    
    
12. Although Tranzformations do their utmost to check, the information contained in this Website and ecourses may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Tranzformations howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    
    
13. Unless indicated to the contrary, all materials on this Website and its ecourses including design, text, graphics and photographs are the copyright of Tranzformations. Unless otherwise stated in a particular page of the Website you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, republish, transmit, repost or otherwise use the content of the Website or contents of any ecourse, email or PR document without the written permission of Tranzformations.
    
    
14. Tranzformations agrees to maintain in strict confidence any information or data contained in correspondence between us, except where information or data:
    
    (a) was in the public domain at the time of receipt.
    (b) has become known to the public through no fault of Tranzformations
    (c) has been lawfully known by Tranzformations prior to its receipt; or
    (d) has been disclosed to Tranzformations without restriction by a third party not subject to the terms of the above or similar obligations of confidentiality; or
    (e) is required to be disclosed by law, government body, or regulatory body.
    
    
15. The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this agreement. Should either party institute legal suit or action for enforcement of any obligation contained herein it is agreed that the venue of such suit or action shall be in the United Kingdom and subscriber expressly consents to Tranzformations designating the venue of any such suit or action.

Financial Information

No financial information you may provide for purchase is held by Tranzformations and credit card and other financial information is not normally known to the Website.

Refunds

Refunds for live in-person workshops, seminars and events are only given up to 7 days of the event. After that point we may be able to offer you a refund if someone can be found to take your place but this is not guaranteed.

Live group training programs using webinars/teleclasses cannot be refunded once the second webinar/teleclass begins.
If your program also included private one-to-one consultations as part of the package, you will not receive a refund on any private one-to-one consultations that have already taken place.

If you choose a payment plan for any program you agree to pay for the program in full as per the terms of that payment plan as listed on the website page for that program.

Refunds for online digital products - such products are sold with a 30-day 100%money-back guarantee. All rights to view the product and all license or resale rights terminate if the product is refunded. If the Buyer does not contact the Seller during the refund period, then the Buyer has accepted the product and no further rights of redress or refund are available to the Buyer.

Membership Program -The Heart and Soul Business Success Club membership is not a fixed term membership. The first month is free and the membership may be cancelled after the first payment in the second month. Cancellation of a membership must be sent to the contact address in the purchase agreement.

Please note that 48 hours notice (excluding weekends and holidays) is required to process cancellations. Any Credit Card payments processed during that 48 hour period will be refunded if incorrectly charged.

Revision

Tranzformations and www.truecouragecoaching.com may at any future time revise these Terms and Conditions. Any alterations in Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page. Please note that revisions are made to these Terms and Conditions without notice, so it is the Buyer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions when visiting the Website.
